Considering emoji and hashtag guidelines

Since emojis are Unicode, I might need to avoid using them to follow constraints. For hashtags, I can use ASCII # tags, and Chinese tags like #多特蒙德 are acceptable because it's just Chinese characters. However, I still have to maintain a minimal style here. I want to create three available titles, three copy sections (for news updates, pre-match, and post-match), and optional statistics placeholders like “goals/assists: X/Y (to be updated post-match).” I should also ask about the desired tone and platform for the content.
